Catholic Schools Week

February 13 to 19

Catholic Schools Week takes place annually and fosters an appreciation of the educational achievements and spiritual benefits of attending a Catholic school. It acknowledges the many students, families, teachers and staff who work in these schools, and celebrates the opportunities that Catholic Schools have to offer. To celebrate, our Mission and Charism community will host a variety of activities all week long (see below). The school week is capped off with a spiritual and professional development day for faculty and staff.

Scavenger Hunt

School-wide scavenger hunt from Monday, February 14 to Wednesday, February 16. The first student from each homeroom to complete the scavenger hunt will win a prize. The first clue is found on the bulletin board in the Sheila Chipman Atrium.  

Kahoot

All students are invited to a Manitoba Catholic School themed Kahoot on Thursday, February 17 at 1:05 PM in Alumnae Hall. Prizes for the scavenger hunt will be awarded at this time

Catholic School Gear Day

On Thursday, February 17, students can wear casual Catholic school clothing/gear. This can be SMA apparel or apparel from any other Manitoba Catholic school.
